Fort Worth-based Fulgham Law Firm announces it has merged with fellow Texas lawyers Hampton Criminal Defense Attorneys. The new firm will operate as Fulgham Hampton Criminal Defense Attorneys. The Fulgham and Hampton legal teams each bring 70+ years of combined criminal law experience serving the people of Texas.

Hampton firm leader Jeff Hampton has worked with Fulgham founder Brandon Fulgham as Of Counsel since 2011, sharing office space and working on cases together.

The two worked on the same trial team as prosecutors in County Criminal Court One in Tarrant County. The two found great success in taking a team approach, eventually leading the firms to merge. 

Founded in 2009, the Fulgham firm has five attorneys – including four former prosecutors – who have litigated more than 300 jury trials in Texas. Additionally, the team has a proven track record of securing dismissals, no-bills, and not-guilty verdicts for their clients.
