Thomas Beach

Thomas is a talented attorney with a passion for defending clients accused of crimes. His knowledge of the law and tenacity both in and out of the courtroom have earned him many favorable outcomes for the Texans he’s served. He has successfully represented people accused of a wide range of criminal charges, including aggravated assault, driving while intoxicated, burglary of a habitation, soliciting prostitution, felony drug possession crimes and many more.

Thomas got his start working with indigent criminal defendants in Lubbock, Texas, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech School of Law. There, he served on the Board of Barristers and worked in the law school’s Criminal Defense Clinic. His hard work and dedication to his clients led him to be recognized by the Lubbock Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, who chose him to receive the Clifford W. Brown Award. Thomas has taken that passion for advocacy and defense and invested it into representing those accused of crimes in the DFW area. Before working at Fulgham and Hampton, Thomas was an attorney at Westfall Sellers Law Firm, where he practiced criminal defense, federal defense, and civil litigation.

Thomas is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Texas Bar College. The Texas Bar College is an honorary society of lawyers committed to continuing legal education and high ethical standards in law practice. He is licensed to practice in all Texas courts, as well as Federally in the Northern District of Texas.

Thomas is a Fort Worth native, having graduated from Paschal High School in 2010. He lives in town with his wife and two dogs
